Engagement Protocol

Terms of
Surplus.

Transparent sourcing, professional logistics, and the pursuit of analog excellence. Secure your gear today — Gone tomorrow.

Our Philosophy

With nearly two decades of professional collecting and reselling experience, we deeply value exceptional customer service.

"For us, the excitement lies in the pursuit rather than solely in the profit."

When we secure items at a lower cost, we happily pass those savings on to you. Our joy is derived from offering exceptional items at the most favorable prices possible!

Inspection & Acceptance

Please review pictures closely before bidding or acquisition. Consider photos and video a primary part of the description—these visual elements convey the nuanced condition, size, and aesthetics of each artifact.

A purchase means that you checked with the manufacturer for fitment and asked all necessary questions before acquisition.

Logistics & Scheduling

Dispatch aim: 1-3 business days. Rates applicable solely to lower 48 states. International shipping by special request only.

LOCAL PICKUP MANDATE:

All local Sandusky pickups MUST be scheduled via our official Square Storefront. We provide unified scheduling for both Storefront and eBay assets. Unscheduled drop-ins are not permitted.

Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES FINAL.

Due to the unique, vintage, and often one-of-one nature of the assets in the SecondHit Archive, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. By completing a purchase or successful bid, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all visual evidence and technical specifications provided and accept the asset in its documented state.
